How long is the free trial?
7 days, full access to all features in your chosen plan. No credit card required, no auto-billing — if you love it, you convert to a paid plan. If not, it expires and you're done.
Can I switch plans mid-month?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. We'll prorate the difference based on your usage, so you only pay for what you use.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data stays yours forever. You can export your invoices, customer list, and transaction history at any time. If you cancel, we give you 30 days to download everything before we archive it.
Do you offer annual or quarterly billing discounts?
Yes. Quarterly billing saves you ~6% (pay for 3 months, get one free). Annual billing saves you 2 months — pay for 10 months, get 2 free. Both auto-renew unless you cancel.
Is StockFoundry compliant with KRA eTIMS?
StockFoundry is in final KRA eTIMS certification. Every invoice is built to spec and audit-ready. We're completing the official certification now — compliance is built in, not bolted on.
How do I get support?
